From the Music Booster President – New School Year!

letter_president_bannerAugust, 2015

Dear Past Members of Blue Springs Music Boosters,

Thank you for your support of the BSSD Music programs.  This time of year we are counting on past members to renew their membership and recruit new members who will support our music programs. When we expand our membership base, we are able to respond to more of our teacher funding needs, which directly benefits your students.  Please renew your membership today and tell someone else about BSMB!

NEW THIS YEAR>> YOU MAY RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE!

In the past we have funded new instruments for classrooms, accompanists for music contests, “try the instrument” programs, Senior Scholarships, Singfest, monthly music subscriptions, and much more.  We could not provide this to our teachers without your membership and donations.  Visit our website to see pictures of our latest purchases.

Our website will also introduce you to the new Board members for 2015-16.  Their hard work keeps BSMB going each year.  We would also like to invite you to get involved in BSMB.  We welcome fresh ideas and support from all of the parents who have children in BSSD music programs.  This year, General Membership meetings are scheduled for:

September 14                                    November 9                                      April 18

Be sure to log on to our web site prior to each meeting to find out the location of the meeting.  Also, to learn more about Music Boosters, check out our website at www.bluespringsmusicboosters.org or email us with questions at bluespringsmb@gmail.com.

If you believe in the benefits and value of music in the lives of our children, please invest in the BSMB with your membership and/or donation. Your generosity helps to enrich our children’s education!

Thank you for your support. We look forward to serving you in 2015-2016!

Sincerely,

Ronnee Schweizer, BSMB Board President
